Welcome to GoalNexis. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the GoalNexis mobile application ("App") operated by GoalNexis ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

GoalNexis is a football match prediction and analysis application that provides users with match forecasts, betting coupons, and statistical insights. The predictions and analyses offered through the App are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

            Important Disclaimer: GoalNexis does not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or analysis. Past performance does not indicate future results. We do not encourage, promote, or facilitate gambling. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions.
        

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account or subscribe to a plan. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions & Payments

GoalNexis offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium (VIP) content.

Payment: Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan selected) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of a billing period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice to you.
Free Trials: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content provided through the App, including but not limited to predictions, analyses, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GoalNexis or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
Share, redistribute, or publicly display VIP/premium content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Any predictions or analyses will be accurate or reliable
The results obtained from the use of the App will meet your expectations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoalNexis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Financial losses arising from reliance on predictions or content provided by the App
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App or its content
Impersonate any person or entity

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (including Apple App Store and payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
