How do I subscribe to Premium?

Open the app, go to the Subscribe tab, choose a plan (Weekly or Monthly), and tap the Subscribe button. Payment is processed securely through Apple.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > GoalNexis, then tap Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to the Subscribe tab, and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. This will restore your active subscription on your current device.

What is included in Premium?

Premium members get access to all exclusive predictions, editor's special match picks, and detailed match analyses. Free users can view completed match results and non-exclusive predictions.

The app is not loading predictions. What should I do?

Please check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, contact us at the email above.

How do I change the app language?

GoalNexis follows your device language. To change the language, go to your iPhone Settings > General > Language & Region, and set your preferred language.

How do I switch between dark and light mode?

Open the app, go to Settings, and toggle the Dark Mode switch.
